Live Training Session at Konda Union Parishad
One Stop Digital Service Center capacity-building event was conducted to focus on the prevention and protection of human trafficking issues, the jurisdiction of the local level Union Counter- Trafficking Committee along with the roles and responsibilities of the relevant stakeholders. To aim to counter human trafficking this event was arranged by the implementing partners INCIDIN Bangladesh and TdH Nl supported by the US Department of State on 6 February 2023 at EatNTalk Café and Restaurant, #Konda Union, #Keraniganj, Dhaka. Secretary of Konda Union Parishad Mr. Prokash Chandra Sarkar, attended as the Chief Guest for the training session. Rafiqual Islam Khan, INCIDIN Bangladesh presided over the training session and discussed the objectives of the training. In his inaugural speech, he narrated the roles and responsibilities of the counter-trafficking committee. The topics covered in the training session were – definition of trafficking; how it takes place; 
how to prevent it; responsibilities of CTC; national hotlines; the services provided by the one stop digital service center; online reporting system and referral process; mental health and the importance of psycho-social counselling.
